Store Revamp and System Upgrade

We led a full-scale revamp of all PartSource retail locations—implementing new Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and centralizing operations for consistency across non-franchise stores.

Key initiatives included:

• Establishing a uniform workflow across all locations

• Training staff on the new POS systems

• Streamlining inventory management

• Migrating all data from Lightspeed Retail to Microsoft Azure Cloud

This transformation was driven by the client’s goal to enhance customer experience and improve day-to-day store efficiency.

In parallel, we also delivered the Wire Payments Project for Canadian Tire Financial, upgrading their system to meet compliance and regulatory standards.

The result: A scalable, efficient retail and financial environment built on modern infrastructure and consistent performance.
