At a major distribution centre in the GTA, we led the end-to-end execution of a hardware refresh to support better performance across HR, inventory, finance, and procurement systems.

Partnering with Catech a trusted Meraki hardware solutions provider, we ensured the refresh was delivered on time and within budget.

Before deployment, our team:

• Aligned scope, schedule, and cost across all stakeholders

• Maintained clear communication with both internal teams and external partners

• Identified the critical path and set control points, milestones, and decision dates

We also proactively addressed risks with mitigation plans and supported the project team through tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and MS Project.
