Cybersecurity, ADSM/TSM Tape Extraction, and CAMM Archive Migration

The project was to improve the security infrastructure of the clients digital systems. This included extracting data from outdated tapes using the ADSM/TSM system and migrating the clients Message Manager CAMM archive to a more advanced and scalable system. The client required an efficient and secure archival mechanism for easy retrieval and storage of their data. To achieve that, our team effectively managed the project’s scope, schedule, and budget among stakeholder groups and within the project team. Conducted comprehensive risk assessments. Implemented robust security measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. We likewise collaborated with both internal and external stakeholders. Provide support to project team members.
