This project aimed to connect all seven dam locations and enable real-time data collection and sharing with geotechnical engineers—critical for safety and performance monitoring.

Given the sensitivity of the data, our team prioritized:

• Advanced encryption and data loss prevention

• Strict security protocols to guard against cyber threats

• Seamless, secure data distribution across all endpoints

We successfully managed scope, budget, and schedule while keeping multiple stakeholder groups aligned. Risk assessments were conducted throughout the project, and we ensured clear, consistent communication with internal and external teams.

To guarantee system performance and reliability under heavy data loads, we carried out rigorous testing and quality assurance.
